Collaborator Portal Overview

Overview

The collaborator portal is meant to help streamline your influencer marketing efforts. 


Campaign Dashboard

- All campaigns that have been shared with you will be visible within the Overview section.

- A green dot indicates that there is an action to take on that campaign. 


Pre-Campaign Summary

- When you click into a campaign you will be directed to the Summary tab

- This dashboard will update in real time as the campaign posts go live.


Creator Approval

- Creators that have been approved by the agency will populate in the ‘Ready for Review’ column. 

- You can choose one of three options

    1. Approve (Feedback optional)

    2. Tentative (Feedback Required)

    3. Disapprove (Feedback Required)

- Once you have taken action on a creator they will move into either 'Approved' or 'Not approved'


- You also have the ability to send direct messages to the Agency user through the 'Messages' section. **


Concept Approval - Draft Posts (Optional)

- Concepts that have been approved by the agency will populate in the ‘Ready for Review’ column.

- You can Approve or Disapprove the concept by clicking on the sliding object to the right of "Collaborator Review."

- Once you have taken action on the concept you can 'Complete Review.' This will notify the creator that their concept was approved and now they can submit content for approval. 


- You also have the ability to send direct messages on this specific Draft Post by clicking into the 'Comments' section. **


Content Approval - Draft Posts

- Content that has been approved by the agency will populate in the ‘Ready for Review’ column

- You can Approve or Disapprove the piece of content by clicking on the sliding object to the right of "Collaborator Review."

- Once you have taken action on the concept you can 'Complete Review.' This will notify the creator that their content has been approved and they can publish their content. 


- You have the ability to enlarge the content by clicking on the expand button in the top right corner of the piece of content. From here you have the ability to download the asset. 


Published Posts

- As the campaign goes live and the creators begin to post their content, you will be able to view all of the content in the 'Published Posts' tab. 

- You have the ability to filter the content by Creator, platform, and content type.

- If you click on an individual post you can view the engagement metrics and click out to the live post. 


Post Campaign Summary

-The Summary dashboard will give you a wholistic view of how the campaign is performing in real time.
