How to sort your Content in your Report

Use the 'Find Post' search bar to search for content. Here you can also search for specific keywords and hashtags that were used within the content.

In this view, all content for your campaign will be displayed. You can view the content either in a list or grid view, as well as filter the content by various filters:

  • Descending
  • Ascending
  • Post Draft Name
  • Campaign
  • Group
  • Content Type
  • Engagement Rate
  • Engagement
  • Likes
  • Comments
  • Shares
  • Views
  • Impressions
  • Reach
  • Publish Date

You have the ability to export this data into a CSV or XLS file from this view as well.

If you ever need to add a post that did not get pulled in, you can quickly do this by clicking 'Add Post'. There are two ways to add a post:

  1. Add By Link: Add a Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube or Instagram (only if creator has a business account) post by link
  2. Add Manually: If your creator does not have a business account, you can still add their Instagram content by uploading a screenshot or file of their content. Instagram story content and Snapchat posts must also be uploaded manually.

Once you have entered in the link or file, you are able to also enter in post metrics manually.
